Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing Time

All orders are prepared and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Branvas. Order processing and packaging are included in the estimated delivery time stated below.

Delivery Time

The estimated total delivery time to Norway is 4–12 business days from the date of payment. This includes order processing, packaging, and shipping.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to shipping carriers, customs clearance, or peak seasons.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Free shipping on orders over NOK 500.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to Norway.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you can track your package using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Please allow a few days for tracking information to become available or update after dispatch.

Multiple Items in One Order

Items purchased in the same order may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

You will only be charged for shipping once per order.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for resending the order.

Damaged, Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us at maisonamelora@outlook.com.

Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged item or packaging.

We will be happy to assist you and work towards a suitable solution.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable fees may apply depending on the shipping arrangements and applicable regulations.

Any additional charges will be handled in accordance with the information provided at checkout and applicable Norwegian consumer laws.
